Rampart Hydro Services provides a complete removal package including hydrodemolition, water control and debris removal using our powerful vacuum trucks. Rampart’s vacuum units were designed and specified to meet the demanding requirements of water and debris clean up during and following hydrodemolition. During hydrodemolition, the vac truck can be connected directly to the hydrodemolition robot and the water collected continuously as the work progress. This eliminates large quantities of uncontrolled wastewater from crossing traffic lanes. Using the vacuum truck’s integrated 10,000-psi water pump, the hydrodemolished surface can be water blasted and vacuumed in the same operation. Specially designed vacuum decks located under the vac truck allow for quick clean up following scarification. During deep removal (rebar exposure) the Trac Vac is connected to the vac truck to vac and water blast the surface expediting the clean up process.
