 Beth Newbold is President of Rampart Hydro Services. She began her professional career managing productions and construction projects for the entertainment industry which included assignments across the US, abroad and for the National Parks Services. She has also served as the Kennedy Center's Director of Facilities and representative for the 17 million-dollar restoration project of their 600,000-sq. ft. garage in 1993. The Kennedy Center garage was the largest hydrodemolition project to be performed up to that time.
She is a member of ACI, AAAE, PA Parking Association, The Executive Committee and serves on the national board of ICRI.

 Pat Winkler is Vice-President of Rampart Hydro Services. He performed his first hydrodemolition project in 1986 as a restoration contractor and has been directly involved in the hydrodemolition industry for the past 22 years. He is a member of International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), and serves on the American Concrete Institute (ACI) 546 Committee for Concrete Repair and the E706 Committee on Repair Application Procedures. He has a BA in Chemistry from Michigan State University, and an MBA from Rutgers University.

 Jeff Parks in the Vice President of Operations. He has been with Rampart Hydro Services for over six years. Jeff has a background in mechanical engineering; manufacturing and management.
